100% of the BOF Festival proceeds go to support the Berkshire Bird Paradise, a nearby nonprofit 501c3 organization.
The BOF Festival anticipates between 1,000 and 1,500 attendees the day of the event. The target demographics include families, animal lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, environmental conservationists, music and art lovers and those seeking to support the local economy.
The BOF Festival has a package to suit every potential sponsor from the Entry-Level Carrier Pigeon Tier to the Top-Level Crowned Eagle Tier. We can also develop a bespoke Sponsorship Package especially for your organization. Our Sponsorship Liaisons will be happy to help you find the perfect fit for your budget. You may also speak to your Sponsorship Liaison about the possibility of bartering goods and services needed by the Berkshire Bird Paradise Sanctuary. Here are some examples of inclusions you will find in our Sponsorship Packages.
The Event Station Sponsorships advertise your organization as the host of that service or activity. For example, the banner on the Kids Root Beer Garden might read:
“Welcome to the ABC Corporation Root Beer Garden
Admission is Restricted to those 12 years and Under”
Here are the potential Event Stations available for Sponsorship:
*Main Stage Viewing Tent
*BOF Festival Workshop Pavilion
*Root Bear Garden
*VIP Tent (with VIP luncheon)
*Nature Hike Meeting Point
The Main Stage and Band Sponsorships include your organizations logo advertised on the Main Stage banners. The BOF Festival MC will also provide a brief 1-2 minute promo for your organization when introducing the band(s)/ performer(s) you have selected to sponsor.
Here are the bands / performers available for Sponsorship:
*Angels on the Fourth (Death Wish Coffee)
*Tommy Flores & Paper Heart
*Johnny Jules Band
*Sara Ashleigh Band
*Please note that all sponsorships must receive prior approved by band management, and this can be a time consuming process.
*Your organization will be allocated a 10’ x 10’ booth space on the festival grounds.
*Booths are not equipped with water or electricity.
*Your organization is responsible for providing your own canopy tent, table, chairs, signage, etc.
*The BOF Festival hours are 9 AM to 9 PM.
*We ask that your booth be attended from 10 AM to 5 PM; however, we encourage you to remain at your booth as long as you are able.
*The sponsorship includes admission for (2) sponsor representatives. Please speak to your Sponsorship Liaison, if you feel that you will need more hands on deck that day.
* Additional conditions apply if you plan to sell anything at your booth.
If your organization plans to sell goods and/or services at you booth, the NY State Parks Department requires that you provide the following with your Sponsorship Application Form:
*Please provide a copy of your NY "Certificate of Authority" to Collect Sales Tax with your Sponsorship Application Form.
*Please include the Grafton Lakes State Park Permit Fee of $10.00 in the payment you submit to the BOF Festival with your Sponsorship Application Form.
Sponsorship Packages include varying numbers of Complimentary BOF Festival Tickets that you can use to incentivize your Customers and Employees. This event promises to be a memorable experience that will help foster positive shared experiences and strengthen relationships and morale.
